Nitzan Nuriel, Advisory Board Member

Brigadier General (res.) Nitzan Nuriel served as the Director for Counterterrorism at the Prime Minister's Office from 2007 to 2012. His military career began in 1977 with the Golani infantry brigade, where he rose through various commanding positions. In 1997, he became deputy commander of the Gaza Strip division. Nuriel later served as Military Attaché at the Israeli Embassy in Washington, D.C., liaising between the IDF and U.S. military and governmental bodies. His final military role involved working with U.S. Special Operations Command and Joint Forces Command, earning him the Legion of Merit. Currently, Nuriel serves as the Director of the Namer Foundation, continuing his commitment to national security and reservists’ affairs.
